1966 BMW R69S Delivery Worldwide in Vienna, VA

1966 BMW R69S with a large Hoske gas tank. I have seen a few of these tanks before, but this seems to be the largest of them all. It is painted White but not Dover White. Closer to pure White. This BMW has low mileage and was professionally restored in 2005 and has about 2000 miles on it since the restoration. The mileage shown is the total correct mileage since new. This R69S has the correct matching serial numbers with the original frame tag. It was totally gone through: motor, transmission, rear drive. The wheels were laced with stainless spokes and nipples and stainless rims. The rims were reproduced in Germany with the correct indents as the original chrome rims. The motor has stainless push rod tubes, and had new bearings and seals installed as well as the trans. and rear drive. It also has a new wiring harness with the headlight upgraded to a 6v halogen unit. It runs and rides excellent.
